Customer Service Team Leader with Excellent English


OrganizationOur client is a leading multinational online reservations company based in Barcelona.FunctionAs a Team Leader Customer Service, you will be working in the Customer Contact Center and reporting to Customer Service Manager. Your objective will be to motivate and Lead the customer service Team.Your main responsibilities: Motivate and develop the Customer Service Executives on a daily basis; Conduct performance reviews annually and mid yearly; Cooperate with HR in the selection process of new members of the Executives teams; Pro actively search for new solutions and performance strategies and highlight any areas of under performance; Schedule and distribute tasks and projects within the Team; Manage escalated hotel and customer queries via email phone; Liaise with internal departments to resolve problems and support the Team; Lead the Team through periods of change, displaying motivating and encouraging behaviors; Monitor phone calls and e mails; Ensure coverage of TL line during opening hours;RequirementsWe are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:Qualifications Excellent level of English plus another European language Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeExperience: Experienced with internet and travel industry Extended Call Centre Experience Previous management experience in an international organization Experience in hotel/travel industry is a plusSkills Pro active, enthusiastic and motivating Leader Exceptional communication and analytical skills Problem solving Sense of responsibility Independent and customer focusedOther: Flexible and able to work various shifts if requiredOffer Competitive salary plus bonuses Work in an international environment
